l\u00e9gumes.<br \/>\nMettre 2 litres d&rsquo;eau dans un grand plat, ajouter tous les l\u00e9gumes, sel, poivre, 2 branches de basilic.<br \/>\nLaisser cuire a feu doux 1 heure, ajouter y les p\u00e2tes, \u00a0laisser cuire 10 mn.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parer le pistou\u00a0dans un bol: piler l&rsquo;ail, le basilic, sel, poivre, puis ajouter l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive en remuant.<br
