d&rsquo;olive<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style10 Style26 Style27\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\">Emincer oignons finement, couper en petit carr\u00e9 les carottes.<br \/>\nDans une cocotte faire dorer,le lard, les oignons, avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<br \/>\nAjouter les tomates la pomme, l&rsquo;ail coup\u00e9s en morceaux, le bouquet garni, le vin, les clous de girofle,sel et poivre.<br \/>\nLaisser cuire le tout 10mn.<br \/>\nLorsque la marinade est froide ajouter les morceaux de viande, m\u00e9langer le tout<br \/>\nLaisser mariner une nuit dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<br \/>\nLe lendemain laisser cuire a feu doux pendant 3 heures, remuer de temps en temps<br \/>\nSi n\u00e9cessaire rajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau ou de vin pendant la cuisson<br \/>\ncuire 5mn,versez cette sauce sur les morceaux de viande,bien m\u00e9langer<br \/>\nFaire mijoter a feu doux 15mn<br \/>\nServir tr\u00e8s chaud avec du riz blanc de
