Renouveler l&rsquo;eau 4 fois.<br \/>\nLe lendemain mettre les l\u00e9gumes dans un grand plat, le bouquet garni,le poivre ( sans rajouter du sel)<br \/>\nCouvrir les l\u00e9gumes d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\nLaisser cuire les l\u00e9gumes 30 mn, puis ajouter les morceaux de morue<br \/>\nLaisser cuire a nouveau 15 mn<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style10 Style20 Style26\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\">Pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;a\u00efoli : pilez les gousses d&rsquo;ail dans un mortier avec une pinc\u00e9e de gros sel afin de les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. Ajoutez-y les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, m\u00e9langer avec le pilon. Verser peu \u00e0 peu l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives en filet, tout en fouettant.
